Guacamole is an easy crowd favorite with a diverse flavor that pairs with pretty much any summer drink. So if you’re looking to elevate your summer lifestyle, this ONE ROQ guacamole recipe is always a great option. You can adjust the garlic, jalapeno, and cayenne to make the mixture as spicy or as mild as you or your guests would like.

Yields: Six total servings
Ingredients:
- 3 whole avocados, halved, peeled, and with seeds removed
- 1 juiced lime
- ½ medium onion, diced
- ½ jalapeno pepper with membranes and seeds removed, then minced
- 2 Roma tomatoes with seeds removed and diced
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and minced
- ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cilantro
Instructions:
Take out a large mixing bowl. Start by placing the avocado pulp in the bowl. Then, top the avocado pulp with the lime juice and toss it to coat the avocado. Drain the lime juice and set it aside.
Next, take a potato masher to mix the avocado thoroughly. After this, add the salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. Mash the mixture again. Once this is done, add the garlic, onions, jalapeno, and tomatoes. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Top the mixture with cilantro and the lime juice that was reserved for earlier. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 60 minutes. Then, serve it with your summer cocktails.
