Due to the company growing DTC model and loyal membership community, we have discussed the potential of expanding into new product categories such as Rum, Bourbon, Tequila and Wine under the ONE ROQ brand, or under new brands, effectively taking our current $109B (global) addressable vodka market to a 350B addressable market.

Destination Member Lounges
We’ve begun preliminary research into the possibility of establishing a network of destination Member Lounges that would be located in New York City, Miami, Southern California, and potentially Paris and London. Access to Member Lounge would be activated with subscription and include 24/7 facility access to nation-wide locations. Each location would feature lounge, complementary bar, gift shop, game room, overnight suites, and curated nights out via chauffeur/concierge.

ONE ROQ Drive
We have discussed creating our own limited on-demand ride service featuring 2-3 ONE ROQ branded luxury vehicles per major market (i.e., Rolls Royce, Tesla, Sprinter Van) which would offer Members on-demand luxury transportation for personal or business needs. ONE ROQ DRIVE would be accessed as a premium paid privilege.

With a growing membership community that has a shared love for spirits, entertainment and romance, we have discussed introducing a privilege to enable singles to match & meet over a ONE ROQ cocktail, effectively allowing us to enter the online dating market. ONE LOVE would be unlocked as an optional, paid privilege.

[ Future Business / Revenue Model ]
Currently, a minimum of $100 investment provides access to all baseline privileges of the Club. These privileges are maintained through the financing which results from new member enrollment and sales of the company. To continue delivering, improving and expanding upon the quality in which we deliver service and products under our current business model, we must ensure monthly investments and products sales continue to grow. An alternative to the current structure would be a monthly subscription to the ONE ROQ Club that would range between $25 to $100/monthly depending on the privileges desired for activation.
