St. Patrick’s Day is a celebratory tradition for many people across the globe – Irish ancestry or not. And if you’re throwing your own Irish shindig, you will need excellent drinks to wet your whistle. It’s time to party like a ONE ROQ Member, so here are five St. Patrick’s Day cocktails you can make at home. You’re Lucky and Charmed Shots Ingredients:
- 2 oz. ONE ROQ Vodka
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup divided Lucky Charms cereal
- ¼ cup chilled cream
- 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
- ¼ cup vanilla frosting
- Pour half of the Lucky Charms into the whole milk and cream, and refrigerate for 10 minutes so that the milk and cereal infuse.
- Strain the cereal and pour the milk into a pitcher. Add ONE ROQ into the cereal milk while stirring.
- Remove eight marshmallows from the other half of the cereal, then finely crush the cereal and pour it onto a plate and mix in the sprinkles.
- Take several shot glasses and dip them into the vanilla frosting then roll the rim into the crushed cereal.
- Fill each shot glass with your milk and vodka, and serve.
- 2 oz. ONE ROQ Vodka
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- 1 drop of green food coloring
- Lime wedges
- Combine all ingredients and thoroughly shake.
- Strain mixture over ice.
- Garnish with one lime wedge and a shamrock stirrer.
- 2 oz. ONE ROQ Vodka
- 2 oz. peach schnapps
- 2 oz. blue curacao
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 limes
- Gold sugar crystals
- Spread the corn syrup along the rims of two margarita glasses.
- Spread the sugar crystals onto a plate.
- Roll the rims of each glass through the sugar crystals, ensure a solid coating.
- Use a cookie scoop to add shaved ice to each glass.
- Pour all of the liquids into an ice-filled shaker and shake for several seconds.
- Pour half of the mixture into each glass and garnish with lime rounds.
- 4 oz. ONE ROQ Vodka
- ½ cup packed mint leaves
- ½ cup + 1 tsp. sugar
- 1-½ cups water
- ½ cup lime juice
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 2 envelopes unflavored Jell-O
- Additional mint leaves
- Add ½ cup of mint leaves to a small dish and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar then muddle and twist until the mint leaves release oil and their minty scent.
- Pour water and lime juice into a separate medium saucepan and sprinkle the Jell-O powder over the water. Whisk to combine the ingredients and let it sit for five minutes.
- Add ½ cup of sugar and the muddle leaves into the pan and whisk.
- Cook the mixture with medium/high heat for five minutes, whisking gently throughout the process until the mixture is hot. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and return to the pan while adding the whiskey and green dye.
- Spray square molds with cooking spray and pour the liquid into the molds.
- Refrigerate for three hours until the Jell-O sets.
- Remove the squares from the molds and serve.
- 1 oz. ONE ROQ Vodka
- 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 1 oz. Blue Curacao
- ½ ounce orange juice
- ½ ounce pineapple juice
- Orange and cherry for garnish
- Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well.
- Strain liquid into a glass and garnish with oranges and cherries.
