Description

Made from 80-90% corn, the spirit is distilled to 160-190 proof and aged for 11 years in used oak barrels. While it has a bourbon-ish base, it is not legally a bourbon because the product is not made to bourbon’s legal standards–it doesn’t use new, charred barrels and it exceeds proof limits at distillation.
